Middle Leadership Development Programme

Summary:

This is your chance to invest in your own professional development as a Middle Leader. This course will enable you to gain confidence and maximize your potential. You will also work collaboratively across a network of schools in Cheshire and beyond in the spirit of co operation and understand the national context of what you do whilst making a measurable impact in your own school.

Who is eligible?

Colleagues who are new to leadership as well as those who already hold a role of responsibility.

What is the purpose of the programme?

To encourage and develop leadership skills in teachers seeking to or who hold an existing school responsibility. The

programme focuses on how these skills are used to close a gap in student progress.
